TopBox provides customer-satisfaction follow-up services to auto dealerships. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Information we process
When a dealership uses TopBox, it shares limited transaction information with us so we can send a satisfaction check on its behalf: your name, mobile number, the type of visit (service or sales), and visit context such as a repair-order number, vehicle, and the advisor who helped you. If you reply to a survey, we store your answer and any written feedback you choose to provide.
How we use it
Solely to operate the satisfaction program for the dealership you visited: sending the survey text, recording your response, alerting the dealership's management when you report a problem, and showing the dealership aggregate results. We do not sell your information, share it with other businesses, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists. Your information is visible only to us and to the dealership you visited.
Text messaging (SMS)
Messages are sent only in connection with a visit you made to a participating dealership, which collects consent for service-related text messages where your phone number is provided. Message frequency is low — typically one to three messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
Survey data is kept for as long as the dealership uses the service to maintain its satisfaction records, and deleted on verified request. Data is stored with per-dealership isolation and access limited to the dealership's authorized managers.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@topboxcsi.com. We respond within one business day.
